Financial Aid

An investment in your child's future

Finding the right school is an investment in your child’s future.

We are excited to announce that for the 2021 – 2022 school year, Springbrook Montessori will offer up to $50,000 worth of scholarships / bursaries for students attending our private school location. Springbrook also accepts (and maintains) a “purchase of service” agreement for child care subsidy with the County of Simcoe, for infants, toddlers and preschoolers.

In continuation with our mission statement ―…we believe that all children should have the opportunities to benefit from a quality Montessori education, regardless or socio-economic status” we feel that it is equally as important to offer internal Scholarships and Bursaries for our elementary students (JK and older). As such, we have partnered with ―Apple Financial Services‖, to assist with the financial eligibility component for parents, so that they may complete the application

confidentially by a third-party financial assistance analyst. Springbrook Montessori would have no access to your financial records.

If your child is born in 2017 or earlier and you are interested in more information about this program, please contact  Cassandra directly. We must be informed of your intention to apply, as these applications are extremely limited. There is a $120 fee (charged by Apple financial) to apply! Applications will become available during the first week of February, and the deadline to apply will be March 31st. Please note however, our deadline may be shortened in the event our bursary limit has been reached before that time.

  1. Gather your most recent tax return, and other financial documents. The information contained within them will be necessary to complete the financial aid application.

  2. Submit your application as early as possible. Please note the deadline for the bursary application is March 31, 2021 for the 2021-2022 school year. Applications for child care subsidy, are ongoing. You may find more information about child care subsidy by viewing the following link: Child Care Fee Subsidy/Subvention pour la garde d’enfants - Children and Community Services (simcoe.ca)

  3. Contact us for an application. Please note that only one application is necessary for multiple children in the same family. Families with multiple households, however, will each need to fill out a separate application form. This includes parents that are divorced, separated, or not married.

  4.  Financial aid (bursary and child care subsidy) applications must be resubmitted annually.

In addition to child care subsidy and elementary bursaries, we offer tuition payment plans.

Tuition may be paid bi-annually (in August and January), or in ten monthly installments beginning in September. Tuition may be paid in full for a discounted annual rate.

If you think your child would thrive in a Montessori environment, give us a call or Contact us. We would love for you to visit our school and learn more.
